When you need help with Hidden Artifacts we need to know your Unique Player ID as we cannot access player accounts by email address or name alone. You will find your Player ID at the bottom of the Options screen. You'll see 'ID' and then a series of numbers and letters separated by 'dashes' (-). Below that 'ID' you'll see the Version number of the game.
To access the Options screen, you'll need to select a Case and then, on the Case Map display, you'll see the icon for Options. When you click on that icon you'll see the Options screen open over the game. Look at the bottom of that screen for your unique 'ID' and the game's version number.
Please make note of your game's version number and your Player ID and reference them both when you send us a request for Support.
It is also very helpful if you include what device you have (iPad Mini, Samsung Galaxy Note 8, iPhone 6, etc.) and what OS you’re running (Android 4.2.2, iOS 7.0.3 and so forth).
