We've received reports from some players who were unable to play Slingo® Casino on Facebook. The game will load only so far and then it stops.
Our engineers have not been able to reproduce the experience and they are asking for your help to "debug" the issue and help them identify why the game will not load for you.
Your Internet browser (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc.) has tools that can help identify the reason(s) why a page or an app will not load. They're commonly known as Developer Tools because it's the developers (engineers) who can read the information that will help them diagnose the issue.
We're asking for your help in providing that information to our Support Team.
To access the Chrome Browser Console:
