Many times you can troubleshoot the experience yourself by performing the following maintenance. One or more of these steps may resolve the issue if a game will not load or play as expected.

2. Another factor that can affect game performance is your Adobe Flash Player. You can insure that it is up to date, and you can get the latest version if it is not, by following this link:
3. It is often a good idea to restart your computer if you haven't done so recently.
4. If none of the above helps, then remove the app from your list of Apps on Facebook (under Facebook Settings/App Settings) and then launching the app anew. That will help reset your connection to our server and it will not affect your account's balances or history.
