The first step in troubleshooting this experience is to refresh the page. Occasionally, a player may need to refresh the page two or three times in order to collect the bonus coins from the offers we post on our Facebook App Page. But that is a rare extreme. Usually refreshing the page once will do the trick.
If you're still unable to collect the bonus coins, then please remove the app via Facebook Settings/App Settings and then sign out of Facebook and completely close your browser. Then reopen your browser, sign back in to Facebook and reinstall the game(s) via one of both of these links as applicable:
