If you are having issues with Slingo Adventure on your mobile device, please touch the 'Customer Service' link in the game's Main Menu to contact our Support Team. But if the game is not accessible (example: it won't load on your mobile device), then please send an email to:
- The device you are using, if possible find the model number in the settings.
- A description of your issue including any error messages that are shown and at what point you encounter the problem.
- If your application is crashing try restarting your device and reloading the app.
- If you purchased an item but haven't had it come through, please check that you have a receipt from the app store saying your purchase was successful.
