Rather than just sending emails to Slingo when you have a problem, now you can check out the Knowledge Base first. If you cannot find the answer to your question here, just click "Send a Support Request" at the top of the page. Choose a category that your question falls into, fill in a subject line, and then ask your question in the message area. When you hit "Preview Ticket" you will be shown what your support ticket looks like. You will also be given one last set of FAQ's that may be helpful before you submit.
Once you submit, you will be shown a copy of your ticket again, AND you will be sent an email with your ticket number.
When a ticket is answered you will also receive an email with the response. You can always check the status of your ticket by going back to the Knowledge Base and clicking "Lookup Support Ticket" at the top right. This will list all your tickets and any replies to them.
