Using an Android or Amazon device?
- Clear cache for the Slingo® Arcade app by following the steps here
- If clearing the cache does not work, try restarting the device
- Finally, re-install the game if neither work
Using an iOS device?
- Restart the app
- Press the Home button and return to the Home screen
- Double-tap the Home button to display recent apps
- Tap and hold the affected app until the red minus appears
- Tap the red minus to quit the app
- Press the Home button, now restart the app
- If restarting the app does not work, try clearing the app cache by following the steps here
- Finally, re-install the game if neither work
