To help Customer Support solve any issues you may have with Slingo® Arcade, you are asked to provide your unique player ID. To find this ID please follow these steps:
- Open Slingo® Arcade
- In the top right click/tap the “Options” button
- At the bottom of the Options menu you will see the word “Support”. Click/tap it
- A new page will open and you will see your player ID in bold
- From here you can copy the player ID, then paste it into your request form
