Why am I seeing a message about my device or iOS version?
Some older devices and iOS versions are gradually losing support for certain features in Slingo Arcade.
This is due to changes in platform and technology requirements that help keep the game running smoothly and securely.
Will I still be able to play?
For now, yes- but:
- Some features or content may stop working over time
- Performance may become less reliable
- Future updates may not be available on older devices
What should I do?
✅ If your device can update iOS:
We recommend updating to the latest version of iOS to avoid any interruptions.
How to update:
- Open Settings
- Tap General
- Tap Software Update
- Install the latest available version
⚠️ If your device cannot update further:
Your device may soon no longer be supported.
To continue playing without issues, you’ll need to switch to a newer device that supports current iOS versions.
Will I lose my progress?
No, your progress is safe as long as your account is connected (e.g. Facebook, Apple ID, or guest account backed up).
You can continue playing on a newer device by logging into your account.
Why is this happening?
As technology evolves, older devices and operating systems are no longer able to support newer features, performance improvements, and security updates.
