If you want to request that your account and data be deleted, please follow the steps below. These steps apply to Slingo Adventure. There are two methods to request your account be deleted.
- Within the app.
- Open the Slingo Adventure app either on your mobile device or on the web.
- Sign into the account you wish to delete.
- Open the options menu by clicking the icon in the bottom left of the game.
- Click/tap "Delete Account".
- Follow the steps outlined.
- Submit a request to the Customer Service team
- Click here.
- Fill out the form. Be sure to include your unique player ID, without it we will have no way of deleting your account. You can find your unique player ID by clicking "Customer Service" from the options menu in the bottom left of the game. Also, be sure to select Slingo Adventure as the game.
