To help Customer Support solve any issues you may have with Slingo® Arcade, you are asked to provide your unique player ID. To find this ID please follow these steps:
- Open Slingo® Arcade
- Select the "Level icon" in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Your "Player ID/ User ID" will appear at the top of the information panel.
- Select the "Copy icon" next to your Player ID.
- Paste your Player ID into the Customer Support request form when contacting us.
