Using a desktop computer or laptop?
Mac/Apple?
- If you are using an Ethernet cable, make sure that it is plugged in correctly
- Open System Preferences from the Apple menu
- Click “Network”
- Click “Ethernet” in the left pane
- Verify the Status is Connected
- If you are using a Wi-Fi connection open System Preferences from the Apple menu
- Click “Network”
- Click “Wi-Fi” in the left pane
- Choose a Network Name from the dropdown
- Enter your Wi-Fi password
- Verify the connection is active
Windows?
- If you are using an Ethernet cable, make sure that it is plugged in correctly
- Click the Network icon in the System Tray on the Task Bar
- Click “Open Network and Sharing”
- Verify your active network is connected
- If you are using a Wi-Fi connection click the Network icon in the System Tray on the Task Bar
- Find the Wi-Fi network you wish to connect to and click on it
- Ensure Connect Automatically is checked and then click Connect
- Enter your Wi-Fi password and click OK
- Verify the connection is active
Using an Android device?
NOTE: These are general guidelines; the actual process you will follow may differ slightly depending upon which Android device you have.
- Swipe down from the top of your screen to show the Notifications bar
- Tap and hold the Wi-Fi status symbol
- Verify that the Wi-Fi toggle is on
- Select the network you wish to connect to
- Enter your Wi-Fi password and click Connect
- Verify the connection is active
If you do not have access to a Wi-Fi connection or the connection is weak consider using a cellular data connection (standard data charges may apply).
- Turn off your Wi-Fi connection
- Open the Settings app
- Tap “Connections”
- Tap “Data Usage”
- Verify that the Mobile Data toggle is on
Using an iOS device?
- Open the “Settings” app
- Tap “Wi-Fi”
- Verify that the Wi-Fi toggle is on
- Select the network you wish to connect to
- Enter your Wi-Fi password and click Connect
- Verify the connection is active
If you do not have access to a Wi-Fi connection or the connection is weak consider using a cellular data connection (standard data charges may apply).
- Turn off your Wi-Fi connection
- Open the “Settings” app
- Tap “Cellular”
- Verify that the Cellular Data toggle is on
- Scroll down to find Slingo® Arcade and verify the toggle next to it is on
Using an Amazon device?

- Swipe down from the top of your screen to show the Notifications bar
- Tap Wi-Fi status symbol and tap “More Settings”
- Verify that the Wi-Fi toggle is on
- Select the network you wish to connect to
- Enter your Wi-Fi password and click Connect
- Verify the connection is active
