Using a desktop computer or laptop?
- Google Chrome:
- Click the ⋮ button to the right of the search bar
- Click “Settings”
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Advanced”
- Under Privacy and Security click “Clear browsing data”
- Select All Time as your Time Range
- Check the Cached images and files box
- You may want to uncheck Cookies and other site data if it’s already checked. Not doing so will clear any saved login data for other sites.
- Click “Clear data”
- Firefox:
- Click the ≡ button to the right of the search bar
- Click “Options”
- Click “Privacy & Security”
- Under Cookies and Site Data click “Clear Data…”
- Check the Cached Web Content box
- You may want to uncheck Cookies and other site data if it’s already checked. Not doing so will clear any saved login data for other sites.
- Click “Clear”
- Safari:
- Click “Safari” in the top left of the window right of the Apple
- Click “Privacy”
- Click “Manage Website Data…”
- Scroll to and click on “slingoarcade.com” then click “Remove”
- Click “Done”
- Edge:
- Click the … button at the top right of the window
- Click “Settings”
- Under Clear browsing data click “Choose what to clear”
- Check the Cached Data and Files box

- Click “Clear”
- Internet Explorer (IE):
- Click the cog icon in the right
- Hover over “Safety” and click “Delete browsing history”
- Check the Temporary Internet files and website files box
- You may want to uncheck Cookies and website data if it’s already checked. Not doing so will clear any saved login data for other sites.
- Click “Delete”
If the browser you use is not in this list consider playing Slingo® Arcade using one of the listed browsers. We find that players who use Google Chrome have the best experience playing Slingo® Arcade.
Using an Android device?
NOTE: These are general guidelines; the actual process you will follow may differ slightly depending upon which Android device you have.
- Head to the Settings menu. This can be done by tapping the cog icon in your notification display area or by tapping the Settings app button.
- Find and tap on Apps (or Applications, depending on your device) in the menu, then scroll to and tap on Slingo® Arcade.
- Tap on Storage and tap the “Clear Cache” button.
Using an iOS device?
- Hold down the Sleep/Wake button until “slide to power off” appears.
- Swipe the power off slider
- Wait until the device has fully powered off, then turn it back on by pressing and holding the Sleep/Wake button
Using an Amazon device?

- Tap the “Settings” app
- Tap “Apps & Games”
- Tap “Manage All Applications”
- Tap “Slingo® Arcade”
- Tap “Clear Cache”
