If you are concerned about your gameplay, including your in-game spending, at any time you may contact our Support team at the email address below and request that your game account be blocked. Please be aware that all requests for accounts to be blocked under this Self-Exclusion Policy apply across all platforms and are permanent and irrevocable.
You may submit game account block requests to support@blastworksinc.com. In order for your account to be blocked you must include your Player ID number. For information on how to obtain your Player ID please find instructions here: How do I find my Unique Player ID.
