If your game is crashing, not loading, freezing or behaving strangely we recommend that you try the following steps:
- Close all running apps and restart your device
- Check your internet connection
- Make sure you have the latest update of the game installed
If your game is still not working properly after following the steps above please contact our Support team.
In your message to the Support team, please include:
- When the issue first started?
- Did the issue start happening after a game/app update?
- When did it happen? (while spinning a slot, loading a game, loading the app, etc...)
- How often does it happen?
- Include any screenshots or videos of the issue occuring
- Include your player ID
